Job Title: Plant Selector: Department: Warehouse: FLSA: Non-Exemp: General Function: This position will work handling all aspects of product flow for plant items. This includes purchasing, checking in, selecting orders from pick tickets, tagging and shipping, and receiving paperwork. Specific scheduling for this position will be discussed during the interview process and will adjust based on the fluctuation of business and holidays . Reporting Relations: Accountable and Reports to : General Manager & Warehouse Manager Positions that Report to you : None Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in sales of plant products. Select plant orders from pick tickets and prepare orders for shipment. Handle packaging materials and understands proper care and handling for plant products. Check in plant shipments.
