Manufacturing Engineer

Job description

Your activities: - You will support the daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets - Monitor and improve production processes and workflows - You will coordinate and manage shop-floor operators and shift activities - Identify production issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions - You will support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen, etc.) - Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety rules, and quality standards - Collaborate with maintenance, quality, planning, and logistics teams - Prepare and analyze basic production reports and KPIs using SAP and MS Office Your experience: Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
