Sr. Compliance and Ethics Manager

Job description

Impact As a Senior Compliance and Ethics Manager located in Birmingham, AL or Minneapolis, MN, you will be responsible for maintaining the continuity of key compliance program activities, supporting day-to-day compliance operations, and advancing strategic program priorities. While no two days are the same, you will lead the execution of enterprise compliance risk assessments, translate risk insights into actionable compliance priorities, and oversee key elements of the ethics program, including policy lifecycle management. You will provide guidance to business stakeholders on ethical risks, oversee remediation efforts, and support the ongoing execution of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program You will collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure consistent due diligence, risk evaluation, and alignment across a decentralized compliance model.
