The steward also maintains all kitchen equipment and the environment according to the Health Department code and keeps food service areas clean and sanitized. JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare tableware for washing, i.e., scrape plates, pre-soak silverware, and place all items to be washed in their proper dishwasher rack - Set up dishwashing machine, i.e., drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at the correct level, detergent at the proper level - Wash, stack, and store china in the appropriate kitchen area - Clean dishwashing equipment and working areas - Collect all soiled pots, wash, and restack cleaned pots on shelves - Responsible for all removal...
