This opportunity entails being responsible for working directly with technical staff as part of a team to write and develop content for alternative delivery proposals. Alternative delivery includes project types such as design-build (DB), progressive design-build (PDB), modified progressive design-build (MPDB), construction manager general contractor (CMGC), and public-private-partnerships (P3). Will also perform coordinate with engineers and other technical staff to complete editing, formatting, and quality reviews to ensure consistency in written project communication materials. More specifically, this position will use all manner of word software editing tools (tracked changes, micros, etc.) to develop, edit and maintain Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and as needed addenda to procure a des...
