Main Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end clinical site contracting process (drafting, negotiation, amendments, termination, signature collection and archiving) - Negotiate site budgets based on approved templates and payment milestones, ensuring Fair Market Value compliance - Oversee study-related site payments , including financial set-up, purchase orders, invoice tracking and approval - Maintain accurate contract and budget tracking within relevant systems (activation, documentation, archiving) - Manage the Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) process - Escalate contract and budget issues to Legal and Finance when required - Participate in site-level...
