Position Overview: The Lead Referral Coordinator provides support to Referral Coordinators while helping to facilitate excellent customer service and efficient workflows. This role is responsible for monitoring incoming orders and ensuring adherence to guidelines for scheduling appointments with specialists, consults, and radiology services, while assisting with day-to-day operations of the Patient Access Services team.
