Level II NDT PT Technician – North Kingstown, RI Long-Term Project Opportunity: MISTRAS Group, Inc. is seeking experienced Level II NDT PT Technicians for a long-term project in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Project Details: - Site: Quonset Point Shipyard – 165 Dillabur Ave., North Kingstown, RI - Duration: 1 Year - Schedule: 7/10s to 7/12s - Pay Rate: $40.00/hour - Per Diem: $178.00/day Position Summary: The Level II PT Technician will perform Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) inspections in accordance with applicable procedures, codes, and customer specifications. Job Responsibilities: - Perform Level II Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) inspections - Set up and operate PT equipment and materials - Interpret and evaluate inspection results and indications - Prepare accurate inspection reports and documentation - Ensure compliance with all customer, company, and safety procedures - Work closely with supervisors, inspectors, and project teams - Maintain inspection equipment and records - Support additional NDT methods as needed - Work extended shifts and overtime as project demands require Qualifications: - Current Level II PT certification required - Previous shipyard, marine, or industr...
