POSITION OVERVIEW: This Engineering Technician brings extensive hands-on production experience, having spent several years on the manufacturing floor as an operator, lead, and supervisor. This background provides a deep understanding of current process intricacies and the Management of Change (MOC) requirements necessary to implement effective improvements. In support of the submitted Process Improvement initiative, this individual will proactively identify required procedural updates, anticipate and address potential challenges, and clearly define the Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Production benefits of the new process. Additionally, the technician will ensure that all improvements are working properly, safely, and productively, eliminating any risks and hazards.
