Overview: We are seeking a high potential Operations Finance Manager to support both our Batavia, OH (Founders Blvd.) manufacturing site and our global operations organization. This role is ideal for a finance and accounting professional who thrives in a hands on environment, enjoys partnering with operations leaders, and is eager to help shape global processes and performance management. The position will split responsibilities between site level and global operations finance support, working directly with the VP of Operations for IML, plant general managers, functional leaders, and the global finance team.
