Senior Director of Finance - Physician Practices

Job description

This is a hybrid position based at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday. Responsibilities: Financial strategy and leadership: - Provide executive oversight of financial strategy and performance across a multi-site physician practice platform. - Serve as a strategic partner to executive, operational, and physician leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability. - Lead long-range financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for physician practices, including provider ramp models and capacity planning. Physician practice performance and analytics: - Oversee development and standardization of physician practice financial reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and benchmarking tools. - Monitor and optimize key performance drivers, including provider productivity (wRVUs), collections per wRVU, payer mix, staffing ratios, and expense per encounter. - Act as executive sponsor for physician practice data and analytics capabilities, including EHR-based productivity reporting and advanced financial analytics.
