Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization The Team Leader GBS HR Services - Mobility Operations – will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership and delivery of EMEA mobility services within the GBS mobility organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Mobility Operations, this role ensures high-quality, compliant, and timely execution of mobility processes while fostering a strong performance culture within the team. The role plays a critical part in translating global mobility standards and governance frameworks into operational excellence, ensuring a consistent employee experience across EMEA region and supporting the company’s global talent strategy. As a People Manager, this role will ensure that enough structure and resources are in place to execute the roadmap, delivery of people and process changes. This position will be responsible for the recruitment, coaching and performance management of the direct reports.
