The Senior Payroll and Equity analyst provides expertise on multi-country payroll regulations, including US Federal, State wage/hour regulations (FLSA) and provides end-end support for the Global Equity Administration processes. The Senior Payroll & Equity Analyst is responsible for the processing of payroll on a semi-monthly basis, researching and identifying issues, answering routine questions and knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, required. The Senior Payroll Analyst must possess a functional knowledge of payroll processes, utilize problem-solving skills and may occasionally identify potential issues for further investigation.
