What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead and schedule mobile equipment maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable operations. - Provide hands-on support diagnosing and resolving equipment issues. - Coordinate parts, materials, and vendors to minimize equipment downtime. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture. - Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with plant leadership on maintenance planning. What We Are Looking For: - Supervise and mentor crews working with yellow iron, small mobile equipment, mobile cranes, pumps, and locomotive support equipment in a high-demand industrial setting. - Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues on mobile heavy equipment, applying sound judgment to determine safe and cost-effective repair paths. - Collaborate effectively with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure equipment readiness and smooth workflow coordination. - Maintain strong organizationa...
