The Data Center Facilities Development Manager 4 serves as a senior leader responsible for the planning, design, development, and commissioning of state-of-the-art data center facilities. This role oversees complex projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and global best practices in safety, security, and sustainability. As the Data Center Facilities Development Manager 4, you will lead the end-to-end development of new data center facilities, from site selection through design, construction, commissioning, and project closeout. You will manage multidisciplinary project teams—including internal staff, external consultants, and contractors—while developing project scopes, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. A core aspect of this role involves monitoring performance to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, all while maintaining high standards for quality and compliance.
