Overview NaphCare is hiring a Regional Dental Director to join our team of medical professionals based out of our regional office in Phoenix, AZ. As the Regional Dental Director , you will oversee clinical operations, quality of care, and staff performance across multiple dental suites located within the facility sites of the within the Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR). Responsibilities: The Regional Dental Director is the liaison between corporate leadership and the facility sites, responsible for overseeing the dental program and ensuring quality dental care is provided to protect the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population. Responsibilities may include and not be limited to: - Oversee clinical protocols, audit charts, ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state board regulations, and drive "patient first" standards. - Train, coach, and evaluate lead dentists and clinical staff to improve efficiency and productivity. - Analyze financial data to improve practice performance, collaborate with operations teams, and manage staffing. - Participate in recruitment, onboarding of new providers, and ensure overall region success....
