Job Title: CNC Manufacturing Technician – Milling & Turning Location: Newport News, VA Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Work Arrangement: Onsite Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00+ per hour (dependent on experience and skill level) Position Overview: We are hiring a CNC Manufacturing Technician to support precision milling and turning operations within a high-volume production environment. This role combines CNC programming, machine setup, and hands-on operation of both CNC and manual equipment to produce accurate, high-quality components. This position is well-suited for a machinist who values consistency, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining a strong understanding of machining fundamentals and shop-floor best practices.
