Fleet Technician 2nd Shift - 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Monday - Friday Position Summary To serve our internal customers by maintaining and repairing the company’s fleet of vehicles according to established company standards and federal law to ensure the safety, reliability, and functionality of the fleet. Essential Functions: - Performs preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to automobiles, trucks, vans, trailers, and Warehouse equipment including forklifts, Walkie-riders and pallet jacks. - Adheres to all company policies, standards and procedures (e.g. OSHA and safety requirements, AIB and Pepsi standards, FMCSA, Federal/State/Local Laws); wears all required personal protective equipment. - Operates Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including forklifts, motorized pallet jacks, and walkie riders in compliance with safety standards and company procedures. - Assist other technicians with repairs and complies with all safety and DOT regulations - Diagnose and repair medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers with minimal supervision. - Diagnostics/repairs include air and hydraulic brakes, tire repairs, drivelines, steering and suspension, electrical troubleshooting, AC and minor emiss...
