We are looking for someone that can coordinate and setup appointment times for inbound and outbound shipments from our corporate facility. This role will be responsible for contacting customers and determining the delivery schedule that will allow us to fulfill our goals of delivering on time and in full. You will be working within our SAP/Open Dock system and will be interacting with multiple TMS programs on a daily basis. Skills: - Interact with Retailer transportation teams - Perform SAP WM, EWM and Open Dock transactions - Manage transactions in customer TMS portals to route outbound shipments - Manage transactions in internal TMS system and Open Dock portal - Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) – On-Time Ship and Customer Compliance - Manage routines between assigned DC’s and customers - Comply with World Class and Culture Management Standards ( WCCO) - Work daily with Scotts assigned...
