Job description

This position exists to assist the Executive Director and team members with the overall operations including special projects, analysis, policies and procedures. The incumbent will coordinate ongoing analysis and development of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services/functions within the assigned area. The positions will provide a significant contribution to Revenue Cycle's overall effectiveness which will be expected through the positions own work and the influence this position has on the work of others. This position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting complex projects consistent with the Revenue Cycle Services goals and priorities. Requires the ability to support and prioritize multiple, complex projects and deadlines with great attention to detail and organization. Requires the ability to problem solve and collaborate with multiple customer groups with competing needs. Requires the ability to recognize and assess situations requiring actions.
