What You’ll Do: The Business Continuity Program Manager reports to the First Vice President of Enterprise & Third-Party Risk Management and is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining FourLeaf’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program. This role ensures the organization is prepared to respond to disruptive events ranging from natural disasters to cyber incidents in a way that minimizes operational, financial, and reputational impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.
