Traders Village Houston is seeking a Weekend Grounds Cleanup Supervisor to lead and support our Grounds team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of the market while overseeing a team of 12–15 employees during weekend operations. This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate leads by example, actively participates in grounds cleanup, and ensures the team stays organized, efficient, and on task throughout the day. Requirements: - Pay Rate: $14.50 – $15.00 per hour (depending on experience) - Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday (year-round) - Hours: 8:00 AM until close (typically between 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM) - Location: 7979 N.
