Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition Location: All other Canada & US (Remote) What You'll Do: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close — for 10–15 concurrent technical requisitions - Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role, whether you are hiring a Director-level AI/Analytics leader or an entry-level IT contributor - Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders across the portfolio to define requirements, align on evaluation criteria, and drive hiring timelines - Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess technical qualifications and culture alignment - Coordinate interview loops including technical assessmen...
