Job Description Summary The Lead Field Services Engineer for Overwatch will be the responsible subject matter expert "SME" focused on tooling fabrication, procurement, procedure management, and outage execution at both boiling water reactors and pressurized water reactors. This role will provide successful execution of complex projects involving BWR 2-6 In Service Inspection (ISI), including in-vessel visual technology tooling and services along with core verification and reactor service maintenance activities. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide direct oversight to Overwatch Tooling Refurbishments. - Seek new technologies to upgrade or replace the aging fleet of tools. - Support Capital Investment strategy for fleet expansion in both BWR and PWR markets. - Continue to own Continuous Improvement of Overwatch processes. - Support the process of tooling conceptual design, field delivery and beyond. - Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage - Single point of contact for Outage execution - Work with field services training and staffing team to build out field execution teams, the SME will be the lead instructor f...
