Role Overview Retail Manager 2 Location: UMass Health – 55 Lake Avenue North, Worcester, MA Segment: Healthcare Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 to support retail food service operations at UMass Health in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role provides hands‑on leadership for high‑volume retail dining venues, ensuring exceptional customer service, financial performance, and compliance with food safety and Sodexo standards. The Retail Manager 2 will lead frontline teams, drive operational excellence, and partner closely with site leadership to deliver a positive patient, visitor, and staff dining experience.
