Roles and Responsibilities: - Work on the product strategy based on the goals set by stakeholders, which is usually the client's management team - Work closely with engineering, design, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions for product conception and development - Follow through the entire process of product development process, lead the team and make sure scopes are delivered with quality and on time, more importantly, a happy team - Help create and communicate the product to the users The Skills We Are Looking for: We look forward to hearing from you :) - You’ve shipped many b2b/b2c products over the years, and understand what it takes to create awesome, user-oriented experiences. - You’ve lead projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches - You like to work with agile multi-disciplinary teams - You’ll provide the thought leadership to develop the right product strategy - Together with your team you’ll solve problems and come up with solutions that will delight the users - You're autonomous and take full ownership your work - You take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
