Job Description Summary As the Biomedical Technician, you will respond to service calls within a hospital or healthcare system in the Fort Smith, AR area. You will evaluate, diagnose, and perform repair and planned maintenance on biomedical equipment, providing service excellence to drive customer satisfaction. This role requires the candidate to work onsite at our customer locations. To provide on-site customer support, candidate needs to be willing to work in the Fort Smith AR area. Job Description: Responsibilities: Evaluate customer biomedical equipment issues, implement appropriate repairs, and perform planned maintenance and safety and environmental inspections to support our customers’ ability to deliver healthcare. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensure documentation of all work performed is captured. Maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
