This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a family-focused environment and is excited about creating welcoming and engaging experiences for children and families. The Family Services Director will oversee the daily operations and staff of the Child Watch Room, coordinate and manage YMCA Birthday Party programming—including scheduling, preparation, and day-of event facilitation—and assist with the planning and implementation of family events that help strengthen connections within our community. This position plays an important role in ensuring that YMCA families feel supported, welcomed, and engaged.
