Please note we have 3x roles, 1x permanent, 1x 12 month fixed term contract and 1x 6 month fixed term contract About the team: You’ll join the Argos Digital Trading team within Argos Commercial & Digital, a fast‑paced, customer focused team responsible for delivering best‑in‑class digital merchandising experiences. The team plays a critical role in ensuring customers can successfully complete their shopping missions across Argos digital channels, working closely with Commercial, Marketing and Digital teams to drive growth and engagement. More about the role: As a Digital Trading Executive, you’ll have day-to-day ownership of the digital trading performance of your category. You’ll track and analyse key performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement actions that improve customer experience, conversion and sales. You’ll support planning and execution of digital campaigns, contribute to weekly and monthly trading activity, and play an active role in optimising the customer journey through insight led decision making.
