This is you: Seniority with +5 years of experience within IS & Operations Understanding of discreet manufacturing processes: Understanding of software solutions in the area of MoM/MES (knowledge on MES/ECS is welcome) Understanding of SAP (PP/PS module, Production Order management) Thorough knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL). Systematic approach, business mindset, good articulation skills Fluent English language, written and spoken Estimated 30% travel: This is your role: Business Proximity: Maintain relationship with multiple factories (quality / operations / production managers) and key users aligning on drivers and objectives Review with key-users+ 1x/2x a week Manufacturing community build up: Provide trainings and knowledge transfer on deployed system capabilities to the key-users and end-users and feedback channeling to the application management team...
