What are we looking for At Stone Systems ( www.stone-systems.com/) we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for our Shop located in Albuquerque, NM who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of. What you will do: As a Customer Coordinator, you would be responsible for scheduling measures & installs, communicating with customers, contractors, and production staff, maintaining square footage needed for budget, and preparing daily packets for measures, production, and installs. This role must also handle the immediate needs of the customer and accounts. Job Expectations: - Ensure measures are scheduled within 72 hrs. of the customer-ready date while maintaining the integrity of routes and ensuring volume for business needs are met. - Ensure installs are scheduled within 48 hrs. of the confirmation date while maintaining the integrity of routes and ensuring volume for business needs are met. - Monitor measure & install square footage, reporting KPI attainment to management - Communicate and coordinate shop follow-up and expedite orders when needed. - Participate in an...
