Oracle Health is seeking a highly experienced, client-facing Principal Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle (Cerner) Millennium and custom development to join our Federal Edge & Analytics team. You will lead the design, troubleshooting, enhancement, and support of Millennium custom solutions—primarily using CCL, Discern Rules, MPages, and Discern Analytics 2.0 (DA2) (and related reporting/utility tooling)—to solve real customer clinical and operational problems. This role requires strong critical thinking and comfort operating in ambiguity, especially when requirements are incomplete or urgent. You will work across technical, clinical, and functional stakeholders to clarify needs, document decisions, obtain approvals, and drive deliverables to completion. What You Will Do (Responsibilities): Serve as a senior consultant for federal customers, owning the delivery of Millennium custom development work across Millennium applications (PowerChart/FirstNet/Revenue Cycle, PharmNet, DA2, etc.) from intake through implementation and sustainment.
