Job DetailsJob Location: Joybound - Walnut Creek, CA 94598Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $90,000.00 - $96,000.00 SalaryJob Category: MarketingPosition Summary The Senior Manager of Advancement Data Services serves as the strategic owner of Joybound’s advancement data operations, analytics, and systems governance. This role is responsible for the integrity, performance, and strategic application of donor data to help drive revenue growth. As the organization’s Raiser’s Edge (NXT) expert, the Senior Manager designs and maintains advancement data architecture, establishes governance standards, delivers executive-level reporting and forecasting, and ensures seamless integration across advancement, finance, and marketing systems. While remaining hands-on in execution, this role operates with division-level accountability and cross-functional leadership to ensure data drives measurable philanthropic results.
