Summary The Associate General Counsel provides practical, timely legal support to Ahtna, Inc. and its subsidiaries under the direction of the General Counsel. The role addresses routine to moderately complex legal issues, escalating high-risk or enterprise-level matters to the General Counsel. Familiarity with ANCSA/ANILCA, Alaska Native rights, land use, federal and commercial contracting, and employment law is important; the position helps translate legal requirements into workable guidance for subsidiary operations and shared services. The salary range for this position is $204,952-$261,314 annually.
