Salary Range: $21.00 plus shift differential + eligibility for annual Bonus Shift: Processing Associate' 2nd shift: Position Overview: As a Processing Associate, you'll be part of our team located in Fullerton, CA. Key Responsibilities: ' Apply coatings and paints to aerospace parts using spray equipment or manual techniques. ' Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, roughen, or prepare surfaces for coating. ' Prepare parts for finishing by masking and unmasking components according to work instructions. ' Ensure uniform and defect-free finishes by carefully following process guidelines. ' Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications to determine finishing requirements. ' Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards. ' Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations. ' Follow safety procedures and properly handle hazardous materials, including paints and solvents. Complete production logs and documentation as required.
