Job description

Director of Operations Description : As a leader in the restaurant, Director of Operations will be responsible for leadership of front counter, drive-thru, catering, and/or food production operations. They start by ensuring that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service. This should include a pleasant greeting, accurately taking of orders, delivering the food in a timely manner, and sending the guest away with a warm salutation. Directors should ensure that the store as a whole is ready to serve the next guest by ensuring that the store is clean, stocked, and organized. They should check for uniform deficiencies and smiling faces on all team members who could possibly come into contact with a guest. Directors be in constant contact with the leadership team and Operator as to what is happening in their scope of responsibility at that time and is responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant. They will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences.
