As our primary Recruiter for the US, you’ll focus on identifying and hiring high-integrity operators. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on building the backbone of our business—one great hire at a time. You’ll lead searches with urgency and precision, and you’ll bring deep understanding of the tech talent market to every conversation. We’re intentionally open to a range of recruiting backgrounds . You might come from technical recruiting, GTM or G&A hiring, regulated industries, or a mix of domains. What matters most is that you know how to run a disciplined search, close strong candidates, and operate like an owner. This role reports directly to Rho’s Head of People & Talent and is based out of our NYC office, 5 days a week .
