Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced UX Designer who is passionate about creating user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in our product development process, working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver seamless and impactful designs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research using various methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis. Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma. Design user interfaces following best practices for usability, accessibility, and responsive design. Leverage design systems to ensure consistent design across products.
