Building Location: Essentia Health Sandstone Department: 2027900 MAINTENANCE - PMC HOSP Job Description: Responsible for general maintenance which includes routine, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and extra assigned tasks such as fire and disaster response as directed. This includes working with and coordinating service of ventilation equipment, air conditioners, chillers, refrigeration equipment, air compressors, controls, (electronic, electrical and pneumatic), electric motors, sterilizers, pumps, environmental control systems, and fire detection devices. Brainerd Lakes and Duluth Only: This position is responsible for snow removal on sidewalks, stairways, entryways, driveways, and other paved areas, maintenance of all area lawns and shrubs, policing all surface lots, adjacent lawns and sidewalks, care and policing of all parking ramps and entrances, cleaning all equipment and storage areas, moving furniture, equipment or items and various other special projects.
