Job Description WGL Energy - Business Development Sales Specialist This is a critical role at the center of our sales organization - partnering directly with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to bring deals to life. As a Business Development Sales Specialist, you’ll operate as both a strategic partner and execution engine - supporting pricing, contract execution, customer onboarding, and sales process optimization. You’ll move across multiple systems, translate data into insights, and ensure every detail is accurate, timely, and actionable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in precision. You’re not just supporting the sales cycle - you’re strengthening and improving it. What You’ll Do: Partner closely with BDMs to execute the full sales cycle, from pricing through contract completion Build, analyze, and validate customer usage data to support pricing strategies and proposals Develop and refresh pricing models and quotes in response to market changes Coordinate and support RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission Set up new customers and contracts across systems (Salesforce, ECHO, DocuSi...
