SUMMARY OF POSITION: Berlitz is in search of a dynamic and results-driven Implementation Manager to lead projects within its internal digital transformation practice, including but not limited, to its enterprise application transformation, general IT projects, and digital learning products. The ideal Implementation Manager candidate will oversee the project delivery and implementation of new technical systems and solutions throughout the technology organization. This role is expected to will bring significant experience in software implementation and business analysis while providing strategic project implantation expertise. The expectation is to retain a strategic thinker who can effectively manage complex projects, liaise with cross-functional teams, and drive successful implementations. A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, along with exceptional leadership skills is expected. The position will regularly work across multiple time zones globally and engage with other business units and users as needed.
