This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to warehouse management and hourly teams while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, service, inventory accuracy, and productivity. The Superintendent partners closely with Operations, Customer Service, Production, Inventory Control, and Transportation to ensure customer commitments are met and warehouse operations align with plant and company objectives.
