About the Role: The Roster and Administration Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of client rostering services for home care support worker staff. The Coordinator will ensure shifts are filled, and staff levels are maintained and optimised to enable client directed care services to be delivered effectively to Biripi Aged Care Clients. The Roster and Administration Coordinator is also responsible for the operational management of Aged Care Support staff.
