OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Insights Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract . This role sits at the heart of our Insights Hub, partnering across multiple business areas to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance and enhance customer understanding. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decision-making, combining customer, commercial, and operational insights to influence strategy across eCommerce and retail channels. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and ensure the voice of the customer is embedded in key business processes.
