HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: Deal poker games in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Greet guests at poker tables, provide information about the game, and answer questions regarding procedures. Collect rake at the end of each bet and upon completion of the game, ensuring accuracy and proper drop procedures. Maintain integrity of the game and create an engaging, professional atmosphere for players. Maintain working knowledge of company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations. Provide exceptional guest service and uphold Caesars’ standards of professionalism and hospitality. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned area . Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to work in a fast ‑ paced and high ‑ stress environment. Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues.
