For Earth For Life BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: Inventory Control Supervisor oversees the daily activities of the Kaizen inventory control team. The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust cycle count program focused on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Primary areas of focus: inventory counts, inventory variance reconciliation, cycle count adjustments, achieving inventory accuracy result of 97.9% or higher throughout all of operations. The position is also responsible for managing facility inventory obsolescence, audits, credits and re-bills, inventory slotting based on velocity, maintaining the forklift fleet and leading annual physical inventories. The Inventory Control Supervisor will contribute to the development of best in class processes and procedures, understand operations and hold associates accountable for inventory errors.
