Responsibilities The Compensation Specialist serves as a key partner to HR and business leaders, supporting the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across the enterprise. This role provides analytical and operational support to ensure compensation decisions align with internal equity, market competitiveness, and organizational guidelines. - Support the administration of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise compensation philosophy and pay practices. - Analyze and provide recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments. - Partner with HR Business Partners to evaluate job classifications, reclassifications, and organizational structures. - Conduct job audits and support job description development and standardization efforts. - Assist in determining FLSA classification in alignment with regulatory guidelines. - Perform market pricing and benchmarking using survey data (e.g., Culpepper, Ratchford). - Prepare compensation analyses, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions. - Maintain and ensure integrity of compensation data within HRIS (e.g., Workday). - Monitor compensation trends and support ongo...
