HJ & Watch Training Specialist MISSION: As the HJ and Watch Training Specialist for LATAM at Tiffany & Co. , you will contribute to the success of our High Jewelry and watch collections development by enhancing product knowledge, supporting boutique performance, and contribute to the elevation of the client experiences across the region. Working closely with our regional and global teams, you will act as a subject-matter expert for watches and High Jewelry , providing training, event support, and field insights that strengthen the presence and understanding of Tiffany & Co. creations across the LATAM markets. Through your passion for watchmaking and fine jewelry craftsmanship, you will help empower retail teams and engage our discerning clientele. In this role, you will contribute to the following areas: Training & Knowledge Development Deliver training sessions for watch and High Jewelry collections for retail teams and relevant sales channels. Adapt global training materials to the LATAM markets where relevant.
