At ING we are looking for a Backend Software Engineer Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Backend Software Engineer to join our CRM Team of Contact Center & Branches tribe CC CRM team is responsible for delivering a reliable, customer‑focused digital experience by making Affluent customer data actionable in the CRM, enabling the best agent‑customer experience, and ensuring effective portfolio management for agents, including alert handling and customer contact management.
