This residential group home is looking for a Manager to supervise the day to day operations of a residential group home. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Ensures that the home is in compliance with all applicable licensing regulations (DDS, Health Inspection, Fire Marshall, ICF (if applicable) etc. - On-call duties for Marrakech residences as per schedule. - Provides supervision to the Assistant Manager/Supervisor and all direct care staff. - Meets with the Marrakech Management Team including the Director, Vice President, Behaviorist and Nursing regularly to discuss residential issues in the home. - Ensures individual finances/bank accounts and petty cash monies are properly maintained. This includes receipts and other documentation. - Completes all habilitation reviews/reports in a timely fashion and submits the completed reports to the Program Director - Develops, implements and ensures staff implementation of individual te...
